IDIA Training+

The IDIA Training program was created in 2018 to support development practitioners, policymakers and decision-makers to identify, design and scale innovative solutions to global challenges.

Traditionally delivered in person, IDIA’s training has since empowered thousands of professionals to apply principles of innovative thinking, collaborative problem-solving and strategic execution to unlock exciting new pathways to impact around the world.

In 2025, IDIA will be bringing the same high-quality curriculum online with the launch of Training+, a virtual learning platform offering interactive, self-paced courses on essential topics in development innovation, such as:

  • Portfolio management

  • Adaptive learning

  • Evidence-based decision making
