Scaling innovation is a long, complex and dynamic process. IDIA has been working with funders since 2015 to synthesise learning around how funders might navigate the process as well as developing guidance to support innovators and partner organisations to enhance their own scaling approaches.

In 2019, IDIA agencies convened a working group around scaling innovations which fostered the Million Lives Collective, an initiative that celebrates innovations reaching new horizons of impact and improving the lives of those living on less than $5.50 a day.
